Was held on October 26, 2016 at CAL U at Southpointe in Canonsburg, PA.

The free and public event, organized by the League of Women Voters of Pennsylvania, started with a reception followed by an expert panel.

Journalist David Singer was the moderator and panelists included: Nadia Steinzor, Eastern Program Coordinator of the Oil & Gas Accountability Project at Earthworks; Eric Ondrasik, Program Manager, Appalachia for HRL Compliance Solutions; Carl Spadaro, Environmental General Manager and Corporate Officer for MAX Environmental Technologies; and Bill Hughes, former chair of the Wetzel County WV Solid Waste Authority.
